Placing an Order:
All orders
placed for items which are in stock and available will be shipped
from Las Vegas, Nevada on the following business day.
When you view an item on the product detail page, make note of its
availability. This tells you when we expect to ship your purchase
from our studio facility. Once your item has left our phtography
studio facility, the shipping method you select during checkout
will determine when your order will arrive.
Custom framing adds one extra day to the delivery time.
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take for your order
to leave our manufacturing center.
The shipping method you select during checkout (UPS 2Day Air, Next
Day or FREE UPS Ground Shipping) will determine the time it will
take the order to arrive after it has left our manufacturing facility.
For example, if your item usually ships from our manufacturing facility
in 1 business day, and you select "UPS Next Day Air" shipping,
it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive.
All custom design orders and specialty orders that require studio
processing time will be shipped as soon as the items are produced.
The production time varies, depending upon the intricacy of the
design and the availability of materials. Generally, the delivery
timeline for custom and specialty orders is twenty (20) days.
Each MY Action Photography purchase is packaged
professionally to ensure undamaged delivery.
Each purchase designated as a "gift" will also be complementary
gift wrapped.
Online Orders
There are several ways for you to place orders and pay for them.
You can order online through our user-friendly screens that make
choosing same-sex wedding items fast and simple. When you select
a product, it is added to your "shopping cart" so you
can keep track of your product choices. You then proceed to check-out,
a simple and 100% secure process, so you can feel safe knowing that
your credit card and personal information is protected at all times.
We offer checkout payments via PayPal and Google. Rest assured that
our payment system, as well as our website enabling SSL encryption
protection, is monitored daily to ensure the utmost security.
Product Availability and Pricing
We carry a huge selection of art, but occasionally an item may
be out of stock. Please feel free to call us to find out when it
will be available or for an alternative selection. If an item is
out of stock before we can post information to our site, we will
call you with a suggested remedy.
Occasionally a system entry error can cause incorrect information
to be posted to our site. We reserve the right to correct any and
all errors when they are discovered and do not honor inaccurate
or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without
notice due to fluctuating market conditions. We apologize for any
inconvenience this might cause.
Special Orders and Custom Jewelry
We can usually special order any specific photographyor custom
art piece item that we do not have in stock as well as custom design
or alter what we sell. Feel free to contact us during normal business
hours.
Gift Certificate Policies
To protect against fraudulent use of your gift certificate, we
require that a credit card is used for the transaction to verify
ownership. The credit card will only be used for the balance if
it exceeds the value of the certificate. We are not responsible
for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to shipments being made to the
state of Nevada only. No sales tax will be added to shipments made
to other states. Tax is charged on the entire order including amounts
charged for shipping and handling. Las Vegas residents can easily
pickup their orders.
Shipping Information
* All shipments from us to you are fully insured. A signature
is required for all
MY Action Photography orders.
* We can ship to an alternate address as long as it is on file with
your credit card company.
* If necessary, Saturday delivery may be available through Federal
Express or you may be able to pick up at one of their service centers
near you.
* International shipments can be made via Registered Mail.
