Shipping Information
* All shipments from us to you are fully insured. A signature
is required for all
MY Action Photography.com's orders.
* We can ship to an alternate address as long as it is on file with
your credit card company.
* If necessary, Saturday delivery may be available through Federal
Express or you may be able to pick up at one of their service centers
near you.
* International shipments can be made via Registered Mail.
Until otherwise required by law, sales tax is only collected on
orders delivered in or mailed to addresses in Nevada.
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service. We're offering
free UPS ground shipping with any order over $150.00.
Expedited Shipping is also available at the following rates;
Fed Ex 2 Day Air - $10.00
Fed Ex Priority Overnight - $25.00
UPS 2nd Day Air - $10.00
UPS Next Day Air - $25.00
Expedited shipping charge options are displayed on the order page,
and will be displayed during the checkout process after the shipping
address has been entered. To receive a shipping estimate via phone,
please call our Customer Service Department at 1-702-326-9715.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO's.
All orders placed for items which are in stock and available will
be shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada on the following business day.
When you view an item on the product detail page, make note of its
availability. This tells you when we expect to ship your purhcase
from our photography studio facility. Once your item has left our
studio facility, the shipping method you select during checkout
will determine when your order will arrive.
Framing adds 1extra day to the delivery time.
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take for your order
to leave our manufacturing center.
The shipping method you select during checkout (UPS 2Day Air, Next
Day or FREE UPS Ground Shipping) will determine the time it will
take the order to arrive after it has left our manufacturing facility.
For example, if your item usually ships from our manufacturing facility
in 1 business day, and you select "UPS Next Day Air" shipping,
it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive.
All custom design orders and specialty orders that require manufacturing
time will be shipped as soon as the items are produced. The production
time varies, depending upon the incitracy of the design and the
availability of gems. Generally, the delivery timeline for custom
and specialty orders is twenty (20) days.
Each MY Action Photography purchase is packaged to arrive safely!
Shipping Status: You will receive via e-mail a confirmation and
tracking number to use after your order has been placed.
Product Availability and
Pricing
We carry a huge selection of art and photographic media, but occasionally
an item may be out of stock. Please feel free to call us to find
out when it will be available or for an alternative selection. If
an item is out of stock before we can post information to our site,
we will call you with a suggested remedy.
Occasionally a system entry error can cause incorrect information
to be posted to our site. We reserve the right to correct any and
all errors when they are discovered and do not honor inaccurate
or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without
notice due to fluctuating market conditions. We apologize for any
inconvenience this might cause.
Special Orders and Custom
Art Pieces
We can usually special order any specific art or photographic item
that we do not have in stock as well as custom design or alter what
we sell. Feel free to contact us during normal business hours.

regarding the status of an order.
MY Action Photography:
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,
MY Action Photography will happily exchange the item or refund the
purchase price (excluding cameras, personalized items, and custom
made pieces, which are not returnable). Returnable items must be
sent back within 10 business days from the date your order is received
and must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to
an error on our part. If an item must be returned due to our error,
please contact Customer Service at (702) 326-9715 Monday - Friday,
between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT so that we may assist you in processing
the return.
10 Business-Day Return Policy for your money back!
To make your purchases even easier, MY Action Photography.com will
reassure your satisfaction by offering you a comfortable return
policy. Understanding the delicate nature of our products, returns
must be made promptly. Please follow the simple steps below.
1. Items must be return-shipped within 10 business days of UPS
delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include
certain holidays.
2. You must have a Return Authorization Number. Call us at (702)
326-9715 as soon as you decide you would like to return your purchase
and we will promptly provide your return authorization number for
you.
3. Enclose the unworn item(s) with all additional materials in
the UPS return package we have provided in the original gift box.
If return materials were not provided, then use appropriate shipping
materials to return your item(s). If you do not have the original
return label, address your package to: The MY Action Photography.com,
Returns Department, 3912 Badgerbrook St., Las Vegas, NV., 89129
| USA.
4. Affix the pre-printed return label to the outside of the securely
sealed return package. If a shipping label was not provided in your
original package, then please call us at (702) 326-9715, and we
will have a UPS call tag issued to you.
5. Plainly write the Return Authorization Number that was given
to you on the outside of the securely sealed return package. Example:
GW595e.
6. Take your package to the nearest UPS Customer Counter or a UPS
Authorized Shipping Center near you. Visit
http://www.ups.com to locate the center nearest to you.
Items that are shipped UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air will
be provided with UPS 2nd Day Air Return Service. All items that
are shipped UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground will be provided with
corresponding Return Service.
Once your package is received it will be thoroughly inspected to
ensure that there was no use of the item(s) and that all tags are
securely in place. Your credit card will then be refunded the amount
of the item, less any shipping and handling charges. Please read
below for further information regarding Special, Custom Items, Returns,
and Custom Order Returns.
If there were any alterations, including complimentary framing,
then these fees will be charged to your account or not refunded.
Items that are valued at $2,500.00 or more will be charged an additional
return fee of 1.5% the total return value as a return processing
fee.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund. This
should be no more than 5 business days providing that the returned
item(s) has met the above criteria. During holiday seasons time
expectancy may vary.

Special Orders
At MY Action Photography.com it is our priority to ensure that
our customers are pleased with the items that they have purchased.
If not, our Return Policy guarantees your money back, providing
that all imposed criteria have been met.
Occasionally, an item may be subject to a re-stocking fee, if returned.
These Special Orders may include items that MY Action Photography.com
does not have in stock and would need to specially reorder from
our manufacturer. The standard re-stocking fee for most returned
special orders is 20% of the item's original purchase price. This
fee is in addition to all other return fees that may apply.
At the sole discretion of MY Action Photography.com, some special
order items may be returned with the option for store credit rather
than paying the 20% re-stocking fee and receiving credit or cash
back.

Custom Orders
MY Action Photography.com is a full-service photography and art
studio and we are capable of producing custom designs made to our
customer's specifications. However, because these designs are specific
to one person's request, these Custom Orders are not returnable.
Security Tags
All tags must be must be affixed and unadulterated in order to
return merchandise. There will be no exceptions made regarding the
removal of security tags. Removal of this tag releases all rights
of return. As well, any form of tampering with security tags will
void the policy of return. There may be additional fees for returned
merchandise that is not accepted due to security tag violations.
Additionally, please return all jewery box materials including
the outer box, if one was included. Any returns made without these
items or with those that have been damaged will be subject to a
$15.00 fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and
is not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Nonreturnable
items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit
will be issued.
